2026 El Paso Water Pulse Survey
This year, El Paso Water is investing more than $850 million in water, wastewater, stormwater, reclaimed water, and other critical infrastructure. As a municipal utility, all projects are funded through your monthly bill and state/federal funding through competitive grants or other programs. Your input helps us understand what matters most to you and how we can improve communication on new facilities and improvement projects.
